Shipping policy

We may have a fancy website but keep in mind that we are not Amazon! Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days, and will contact you if there is a delay past that. We are not responsible for delays once the carrier has the package in hand, there is nothing we can do once UPS/FedEx/USPS have it!

Express shipping is available upon request. Any damage incurred in shipping must be documented with pictures before a return or replacement can be processed.
